We went to the mall the other night to take family pictures (finally) and to visit Santa. Jalen and Halle were really excited and have been really trying to "be good" lately. Tatem had no idea what was going on and definitely did not want anything to do with Santa, we kinda figured that would happen and just had to laugh when it did. Santa was a good sport through all the kicking and screaming :) Jalen asked him for a Barbie head (to style the hair, etc.) and Halle asked for a Hannah Montana Stage for her Barbies (she got the Hannah Montana Closet last year). You can't even tell Tatem was screaming 2 seconds before each picture was taken. And I'm still not sold on the whole bang thing for myself. Other than that they turned out pretty good and it was actually the fastest, easiest picture taking experience we've had. We were able to take the pictures, choose the poses, choose the package and sheets and pay and pick-up all under 1 hour! I'm sure that is a record, it definitely is for us! Hopefully this is what we can expect for future photo trips (knock on wood).
